Training Evaluation
Physical and Performance Testing is a comprehensive evaluation of each athlete conducted through a series of physical tests to determine specific physical strengths and weaknesses including:

No matter what sport you play, we have desgined group and private training program to enhance your performance and ability at the game. The fundamentals of Our program consist of speed, control, power, Agility, Strength, and precision along with the proper nutrition. Lakeshore Sports Club's Athletic Training Program uses the TRX system, designed by Todd Durkin, elite strength, speed and conditioning to top athletes in the NFL, MLB, and NCAA.
